This is what you might like.

In theatres:
Tropic Thunder- 4.5 stars. Tropic Thunder may look like the average comedy out there but in fact it surpasses what anyone could have predicted it to be. Ben Stiller has made one of his greatest hits in this movie. Robert Downey Jr., Jack Black, Ben Stiller, Jay Baruchel and Brandon T. Jackson make this movie a brilliantly hysterical movie. It IS NOT advised for younger audiences but I still think that all people 13 and up should see it.
Death Race- 3.5 stars. Death Race is a fairly good movie out there. It stays simple in plot but still has the feel of a good action movie. The orginal (Death Race 2000) was a complete flop but this new one brings in all the things that the orginal missed out on. And as a fun fact to leave you with the island is shaped like a machine gun. It IS NOT advised for younger audiences but it is almost certainly made for a teenage audience.
The Dark Knight- 5 stars. Batman Begins was a good movie that created a reasonable world for Batman to exist upon. In The Dark Knight it surpasses anything out there at the moment. It darkens and adds more realism to this already dark world. Health Ledgers performance as the Joker was riveting and keeps you on the edge of your seat the entire time. Never since Darth Vader has there been a villain that you see as such a great villain that you want him to win just to see what would happen. It is brillaintly demented and makes you wish more and more that Health Ledger had lived. May his soul rest in peace.
Hellboy 2: The Golden Army- 4 stars. Just like Batman Begins, the orginal Hellboy movie was fairly good but Hellboy 2 makes the experience even better. It dives farther into the mudane fantasy realm that Hellboy got made into a movie for. The director, Guillermo del Toro, leads this movie into a world that everyone will love. From the begining animation sequence to the final fight scene this movie is something that all ages will enjoy.
On DVD
THE HIGHLIGHT MOVIE IS:
Rocket Science- 5 stars. This movie is so brillaint on every level. The entire movie circles around a troubled teenager that decides to join the debate team since the girl he loves asks him to even though he suffers from a speech problem. Wickedly clever and hilarious this movie (though not an action movie) will make you keep wanting more. It is one of the few movies I have ever seen that truly captures the teenage soul and spirit. And as the movie says," Life shouldn't be Rocket Science."
A Guide To Remebering Your Saints- 4.5 stars. This movie is a movie that trully captures the spirit of the ghetto. It is dark, cruel, brilliant, and most likely completly innapropiate for anyone under the age of 17.
